Disposal of Surplus Equipment
The Village of Fruitvale Has the following equipment for sale:

Terms and Conditions – All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no warranties or guarantees. The Village makes no claim as to the condition of any items.
Contact Jason Startup, Public Works Foreman for an appointment to view at 250-367-6162. Appointments will be made only Mondays-Fridays between 8:00am to 3:00pm.
Sale Method – Bids must be sent via email to mpartridge@village.fruitvale.bc.ca, and must be received by 2:00 p.m. on October 30, 2026. The bid number must be included in the email subject line for all bids.
All submitted bids must include the bid number, bid amount and contact information, including email and phone number.
The Village reserves the right to reject any or all offers and is not obligated to accept the highest bid. Late submissions will not be accepted.
All successful bid amounts will be subject to 5% GST and responsible for PST on vehicles.
Successful bidders will be notified by phone and/or email. Unsuccessful bidders will be notified by email.
Payment is to be received in cash or cheque at the Fruitvale Village Office by November 5, 2026, before 12:00 p.m. (noon) and pickup day is November 6th, 2026, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Village Works Yard.
All sales are final.
